Then comes Analyze, where you explore options, identify requirements, and use data to spot risks or constraints. After that is Design, where you actually develop the new process or product, create prototypes, and optimize it to meet specifications. Finally, Verify ensures your design works in real-world conditions and meets customer expectations before full implementation.
